Just got done with a meeting with a interesting company that I will be working with in the near future. We are going to make a new way of guiding people on the net.

Basically what we are going to do is a system for guiding people through their webbrowser. The company that is named CoStream has got a patent on this technique, which is nice, since the timeframe increases greatly because of this. Not meaning that we want to wait though. We are going to work hard to get this product done by summer next year, and then go on to testing after that.

We are quite sure that it’s going to be possible, but we’ll see.

PS. the picture doesn’t have anything to do with the text, it’s just me trying out Zemanta.

Just installed the Zemanta plugin to Firefox, and am now trying it out.

I’ll see if it does give me some cool links.

Anyways, worth a try

Just came back from the Nova100 student meeting. It was great! Met some great people, and some great companies, like Eriksson, Shibstedt, HP, Accenture, KPMG and more.

Anyway, about a year ago I got introduced to this student networking group, for the best students in Sweden, that today are expanding world wide. Which is really cool! And yesterday was the second event I’ve been too.

Everything was really cool, and professional, and I was really impressed, and am looking forward to going to more of them!

Just got this email from Kolmården, which is one of the biggest (if not the biggest) zoo here in Sweden.

Här kommer lite info vad som gäller inför vargarna. Ni ska ha rena kläder med så lite fickor och snören som möjligt på. (Jeans går utmärkt) Enkel tröja/jacka med så lite detaljer som möjligt på. Kläderna får inte innehålla läder eller päls. Ni ska vara så nyduschade som möjligt. Dagen innan ska ni tänka på att inte äta vitlök eller annan stark mat. Ni får inte ta in något ätbart hos vargarna, (i första hand riktat till hundägare som gärna kan ha godis i fickorna ;)). Ni kommer även få en kort information på plats om förhållningsregler inne hos vargarna. Ni får ta med kamera, men inte fota under de första 15 minuterna. Ni kommer vara inne hos vargarna i ca 30 minuter.

Been on a meeting for the last hour and a half, we are doing progress, but there are stuff that we need to do.

Last friday I got the long longed for account at dropbox, it’s a really cool service that gives you the possibility to backup your files, but also to upload files to internet that you can make easly accesible to your friends and family.

Give it a try, they just opened for public beta.

I don’t know if you ever have heard about the concept of PUAs, also known as pick up artists. This was a fairly hidden community until Niel Strauss, a.k.a. known as Style in the community, wrote the book the game a couple of years ago.

Anyway, I’ve been intreagued about the whole concept for quite a while, does it really work, do people actually act that way? Can you actually map people so easely? Girls act that way and men that way, and if you act this way then you’ll be more successfull with women.

The biggest group out there at the moment that I know of is the ones following the Mystery Method, read it and say what you think.

Anyway, the reason why I’m talking about this is because a couple of month ago I met this dude in class that said that he was one of the best PUAs in Sweden. At that I said that I wanted him to teach me, and so now a couple of month later we actually hit it off, and had a bootcamp for a weekend. I don’t know if it’s the right word, but unfortuneatly for the camp, I’ve met this great gal, so I didn’t really see the point of having the camp. But what the heck, it could be fun just to see what it was all about, and we had booked the weekend a while back.

So we started on Wednesday and had a couple of hours lectures on how to act, and then we hit the club. Drinking modestly, because  a PUA doesn’t get drunk. I started off opening some sets, and just getting the basics. Along the way he kept noting stuff done that I did, so we could talk about it the day after. Nothing that exiting happened, that day and I can tell you I was still quite sceptic towards the whole idea.

Day two we had some more lecturing, but mostly we talked about the day before and made up a new opener for me. (Here is a opener to make you get the feel of what it is: opener, written by Style)

After that a friend of my tutor came and we went to the bar together, and today we did a bit more of sarging (which is a nickname for the actuall act of picking up). Opening some sets and just having fun talking to people. And that’s when I realized that what I was doing actually was really fun, and not with the goal to fuck, but to meet new people! I was walking around in the bar, talking to people I’ve never talked to before and just having a blast.

Anyway, that was a short story about what happened during my first bootcamp, we are going to have more. And if I feel like it I will write about them here too!
